Because Our Teens Deserve More Than “They’ll Figure It Out”
I’ve worked with people at every stage of life — from those just starting out to those rebuilding after major setbacks.
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: the earlier we learn the tools for confidence, resilience, and self-leadership, the stronger our foundation for the rest of life.
That’s why I created THRYVE — a free, 8-week coaching-based empowerment program for teens ages 13–18.
It’s not school.
It’s not therapy.
It’s the kind of one-on-one mentoring and real-life skill building I wish every young person had access to — and thanks to community support, teens can join at no cost.

Why THRYVE Exists
Too many teens are navigating massive changes, intense social pressure, and self-doubt without the tools to manage them.
They hear “just be yourself,” but no one shows them how to figure out who that is.
They’re told “make good choices,” but no one helps them connect those choices to the future they want.
THRYVE steps in here — equipping teens with emotional intelligence, confidence, and a sense of direction before life’s bigger decisions hit.
What We Do
-
One-on-One Coaching: A trusted guide who listens without judgment.
-
Creative, Hands-On Activities: So the lessons stick — not just in theory, but in life.
-
Real Conversations: The topics school doesn’t always cover — boundaries, values, identity, and vision.
-
Future Self Mapping: Helping teens connect the dots between today’s actions and tomorrow’s dreams.
The Ripple Effect
When a teen gains self-belief, everything changes — grades, friendships, family dynamics, and their ability to handle setbacks.
An empowered teen doesn’t just survive — they influence their peers, their community, and even future generations.
